These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pounce & Tale online store and any purchase made through it. By using the store, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Return and Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and account information

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and shipping information for every order.

Products and pet safety

Product photographs and colors may vary slightly by screen and manufacturing batch. Read all product information and instructions before use. Use enrichment and feeding products under appropriate supervision, inspect them regularly for wear or damage, and discontinue use if a product becomes damaged or creates a risk.

Pounce & Tale does not provide veterinary advice. Product descriptions are general information and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified veterinarian, especially for pets with medical, dietary, mobility, or behavioral needs.

Orders and availability

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, pricing errors, address problems, or legal restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, and other charges are displayed at checkout when applicable. You authorize Shopify and the selected payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping estimates, rates, delays, and split shipments are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with store operation, use automated systems in a way that burdens the service, or use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Intellectual property

The store design, branding, original text, graphics, and other content owned by Pounce & Tale are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the store for personal shopping and informational purposes. No other license is granted unless we provide written permission.

Third-party services and links

The store relies on third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, carriers, and fulfillment partners. Third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or conduct to the extent permitted by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an as-available basis. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, Pounce & Tale is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products.
